耐高溫型鎧裝測(cè)溫光纜是由螺旋不銹鋼軟管內(nèi)置1～2芯傳感光纖，軟管外加高模量凱夫拉、不銹鋼編織網(wǎng)及鐵氟龍外護(hù)套組成。由于采用了鐵弗龍（四氟乙烯）這種特殊材料，克服了傳統(tǒng)螺旋鋼管鎧裝型傳感光纜高低溫范圍狹窄的缺點(diǎn)，使其長(zhǎng)期使用溫度擴(kuò)展到-60℃～150℃，***高溫度可以達(dá)到200℃。此外，鐵弗龍材料獨(dú)特的導(dǎo)熱快、絕緣電阻高、耐磨、耐化學(xué)腐蝕、不親水、不親油、硬度適中等特點(diǎn)，使光纜的適用領(lǐng)域得到極大的擴(kuò)展。目前產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、石化等測(cè)溫領(lǐng)域。
Heat Resisting Armored Temperature Sensor Cable is compossed by the built-in 1~2 core sensing cable of the spiral stainless steel soft pipe, Kevlar strengthening member, stainless steel braiding, and PTFE outer jacket which could overcome the deficiency of the narrow temperature range of the traditional soiral tube armored sensing cable to-60℃～150℃, even 200℃.In addition, because of many advantages such as quick thermal conductivity, high insulated resistance, hard-wearing, chemical resistance, non-hydrophilic, non-oleophylic, and middle rigidity, the PTFE material largely expands the application of cable. This kind of cable is widely used in the temperature sensing domains such as electric power and petrifaction.
