鎧裝應(yīng)力傳感光纜是一種專業(yè)BOTDR和BOTDA原理研究的一種應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變傳感光纜，光纜由中芯的緊包型應(yīng)力傳感光纖，外層絞鋼絲或FRP加強(qiáng)件和MDPE護(hù)套組成。光纖與加強(qiáng)件、外護(hù)套緊密接觸，可以實(shí)時(shí)地感應(yīng)到外部的應(yīng)力變化。獨(dú)特的FRP層絞結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，巧妙地將光纜的縱向拉力轉(zhuǎn)化為橫向的應(yīng)力，并且做到應(yīng)力分布均勻，同時(shí)讓光纖具有較強(qiáng)的機(jī)模性能，***大程度地平衡了光纜布線時(shí)一定的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度要求和光纖應(yīng)力傳感之間的矛盾。產(chǎn)品特別適用于埋地、嵌入、預(yù)埋等方式布線，在大型建筑建康情況監(jiān)測(cè)、地質(zhì)沉降、管道變形等監(jiān)測(cè)上有廣泛的應(yīng)用。
Armored Strain Sensing Cable is a kind of sensing optical cablle which is base on professional BOTDR and BOTDA principle. The optical cable is composed of optical fiber as middle core, stranded steel wire and MDPE jacket.The fiber is in close contact with the stiffener and outer sheath, which can sense the external strain change in real time.The unique steel wires layer twisted structure design skillfully transforms the longitudinal tension cof optical cable into transverse stress, and achieves the uniform stress distribution. Meanwhile, the fiber has strong mechanicalperformance, balancing the contradiction between the certain mechanical strength requirement and the fiber stress sensing to the greatest extent.The products are especially suitable for buried,embedded,embedded and other ways of wiring,application in building health monitoring, geological settlement, pipe deformation monitoring.
